Other Aunts and Uncles visited first

Okay, I have to give credit to Aunt Krista and Uncle Kyle. They did come and visit us first (and Krista let me know about it when they saw pictures of other aunts and uncles on here). Actually it was quite hard to get uncle Kyle to even hold Titus - he was scared that he could somehow hurt the little guy. But once we gave him a shot he was a natural so here they are

Sure it's lame, but my dad's middle name is Arnold, My middle name is Arnold, and now Titus has gotten stuck with this glorious middle name (don't worry little guy, it makes for interesting conversation when your older . . . . although a first name like Titus is pretty odd too . . . . sorry little buddy)
I know you can't see Titus here (he's the bundle of blankets)

Aunts and Uncles visit

This past weekend we were blessed with some visitors. Uncle Dave, Uncle Ed and Aunt Lori, all got there first look at little Titus. My mom was about the happiest lady in all the world to have her three sons, two daughter-in-laws, and first grandson all together. We're pretty lucky!

Family Picture of Greg, Titus and I

One picture from Bruer Photography taken just 3 days before Titus was born!! I'm so glad we got our pictures done before he came. In a few months there will be more pictures coming of Titus from Bruer Photography.

Going Home

Danielle picked this out for his going home outfit - he might fit it in about 6 months - the kid is swimming in the thing

The car seat is trying to eat him

Here are a few shots of Titus - we're first time parents so there are about 700 more that look just like these

I like this picture because if you look close you can see mom asleep in the background

I can't believe I'm a dad. I'm glad that we took this picture about 15 min. after Titus was born, because I was pretty much a wreck. Even before he was born I wept like a baby, I was so proud of Danielle and there was nothing I could do to help her, she just had to fight through the pain and she was terrific at it (just so you other mom's can be jealous - she only pushed for 40 min. and she would have been done sooner, but Dr. Kindred wasn't on the scene yet - No offense to you Dr.)
When Titus was born I couldn't contain my emotion - I was so thankful to God for this little blessing, he was a long time coming, but he was well worth the wait
Finally - you got to admit for just coming out of the womb he looks like a pretty happy baby

Danielle and Titus meet for the first time outside of the tummy

Do feet get any cuter

Danielle was a trooper, she had contractions for 8 hours (10:30 pm - 6:30 am) before they could give her an epidural

A few last moments of togetherness before adding a new family member
